Job description

This technical design focused architectural practice is seeking an Architectural Assistant / Technician to join their accomplished studio. With offices in the US and London they provide full service architectural design, interior design, and architectural project management across the globe. They have received a consistent track record of awards in the architectural field for projects internationally and are looking to expand their current studio to support their ongoing work. The London studio focuses on data centre and office/mission critical projects of various scales and any candidate with experience in these types of projects will be looked at favorably.

In this position you will be working across all RIBA stages, performing design, drawing and project administration tasks for the team including developing design models, drawings, studies, schedules, and construction details. In addition to this you would participate in design meetings and assist with the general coordination of the project. The ideal candidate for this position would be a strong multitasker who can handle a fast-paced environment, while maintaining an emphasis on detail and quality.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • A minimum of 1-year professional experience in an architectural firm
  • Proven experience in RIBA Stages 3, 4 and 5
  • Excellent Revit skills
  • Experience coordinating projects in a BIM environment
  • Strong technical skills/detailing experience
