This hugely successful commercial practice has found itself in the AJ100 for many years and continues to pick up numerous awards/new projects and therefore needs to add a BIM specialist to its growing office based in central London. 

Due to continued growth and increased workload they need to recruit a talented and experienced BIM Coordinator to work closely alongside a number of key senior individuals on a major multi-million pound new build commercial office development. These people include the main Director overseeing the project, the company BIM Manager who manages all things BIM and also the project team where you will be massively integral to the success of this project. The project is at its early infancy and urgently needs a talented, tenacious and passionate BIM person to really take the lead.

The role will also require the individual to play an active part within the company wide BIM Strategy team so you will be making a difference!
