Job description

This iconic design studio is seeking a talented Interiors Architect to support an important workplace project for the practice. With a rich and collaborative studio environment, this office provides all its staff a dynamic experience working on innovative international projects that enrich public spaces and the lives of those who experience them. They work on multiple sectors including, public space, high end residential, cultural, commercial and education. This studio is truly a pioneer working on projects that transcend stereotypes and set the standard for architecture and design across the globe.

Your role will be mainly focused on supporting an ongoing workspace project acting as a core team member by producing concept ideas, including generating compelling representations of the designs proposed, plan development, providing planning application support, elevating spaces, architectural material selection/development and detailed drawings for tender. You must be able to provide demonstratable experience in project coordination including liaising with on-site contractors and external project managers. The ideal candidate will be a natural problem solver, have an appreciation for unique workplace designs and have an open mind to new ideas. 

The key requirements to be considered for this role are as follows:

  • A degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with CAD and Adobe CC (Rhino/Sketchup would be an advantage)
  • Evidence of experience in interior renovation and workspace projects in London
  • Experience in reviewing shop drawings against design intent information
