Due to one of their Part II Assistants relocating out of the area this established Surrey based architectural and planning practice is now on the hunt for a Part II Assistant to join their sociable studio specialising in the residential and urban design/masterplanning sectors where they have an enviable reputation for gaining planning consent on a regular basis for their clients. They are have firmly established a reputation for delivering innovative concepts ranging in scale from extensive masterplanning work to small one-off residential developments. They have won numerous housing and local authority planning design awards in the last 10 years or so which means they can offer their staff exposure to a wide range of exciting schemes.

They are now actively searching for a Part II Assistant who is serious about forging a career within the residential planning, mixed use and masterplanning sectors. Ideally they need this individual to be totally AutoCAD literate with excellent Adobe Suite skills - InDesign, Photoshop etc as they use these on a regular basis when producing all their reports for various bodies and local authorities. A background in residential design or similar would be advantageous but not essential however, a passion for residential design is an absolute must!
