White Space have been approached by a growing AJ100 practice in south London to help them recruit a Project Architect to join their creative practice. This studio have a project portfolio ranging across a variety of housing developments, multi-unit housing and mixed-use schemes across London and the wider UK. They are known for the creative design aesthetic and attention to detail which makes each of their projects uniquely theirs. A stable of the AJ100 practice, they have just won a number of new projects promising to continue the studios growth into 2019.

As a Project Architect within this studio you will be working on a variety of large scale mixed-use projects leading projects all the way through all RIBA stages through to completion, initially you will be joining mid-way through stage 4 to hand-over. Ideally they are looking for a Project Architect with experience working on large scale mixed-use schemes in the UK due to the type of projects you will be working on. This studio was an early adopter of Revit, and as such, require this Project Architect to have thorough experience using this software on live projects. As a more senior member of the team, leading projects, you will also be leading a team of more junior Architects, and will need to act as a mentor and leader to these members.
