Job description

White Space have teamed up with a creative and unique studio in west London, to help them recruit an Architect for their growing office. With a workload that is shared between bespoke residential projects and upmarket restaurants, they offer the ability to not only manage and grow your own team but also work on a selection of exciting schemes. Located in an extremely unique office environment in Chiswick they exude edge and creativity, with a strong team ethos that is apparent from the moment you step in. Headed up by an influential Architect and vocal speaker about the impact of Design, they offer insights well beyond the 4 walls of the studio.

As an Architect within this practice you will be an important member of the team, running and managing your own list of projects and architects. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project through all RIBA stages including client liaising and team management. This is a Vectorworks fluent practice and as such, strong knowledge and experience is essential. Additionally as they work across bespoke residential and restaurant projects thorough experience in at least one sector is also essential, however it would be beneficial if you have both.

In addition to a generous salary based on experience, they also offer a variety of non-financial benefits that ensure the team are extremely motivated and encouraged in the workplace. They ensure the whole team are working towards the next step in their career, with strong training, support and mentorship to offer all the tools needed to succeed. The studio also hold a number of cool social events outside of work including team drinks and days away, and also encourage staff to finish on time as they genuinely want you to have a great work/life balance. If this sounds like something you'd like more information on, or the direction you'd like to take your career then apply now!
