Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a new opportunity in Sussex?

 

This firm of interior designers, architects, graphic and branding consultants based near Brighton, focus on creating quality design solutions for projects and businesses which has earned them multiple awards and the reputation of being on the top 3 design led firms in Sussex. They are currently working on residential, new build and refurbishments on pubs/restaurants and hotels and are without doubt one of the leading practices in Sussex focusing on Architecture and Interiors. Exciting multi million projects across various sectors, great team, solid career progression and a generous salary / package on offer.

I have worked with this client for 10 years and placed multiple candidates into the practice including interior designers, technicians and a project manager with great feedback. Located in bright, creative and modern offices near the station, this company has been going from strength to strength for over 15 years and continue to expand.They are passionate about great architecture and work closely with each client gaining an understanding of their needs and market vision. Their focus is a holistic design process that begins with meticulous research and concept creation through to detailed working drawings, on site project management and contract administration.

 

As Project Manager you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of all projects, from concept to completion. Ensuring performance and progress meet the agreed requirements and projects are being delivered on time and to budget. This role would suit a qualified architect with experience in commercial design sector or a senior interior professional with PM experience.

 

 

About you

·       Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role

·       Previous experience in the leisure industry is beneficial

·       Strong people skills and able to build rapport with clients

·       Strong construction background

·       Ambitious, creative, multi-tasker, and well organised

·       Knowledge of UK Building Regulations

·       Attention to detail

·       Driving licence and prepared to travel across the UK and Ireland for site visits

·       Meet demanding deadlines

·       Produce feasibilities / costs for new projects

·       Manage contractors / designers

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Excellent project management skills
